Joanna Błoniarz (b. 1973) studied at the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow. She runs the Dok Art Gallery on the Polish coast, while her second home is in the Netherlands. All these places are reflected in the artist's works—ranging from metropolitan and industrial landscapes to spaces shaped by nature, primarily the sea. Her artistic explorations focus on human interaction with the environment, drawing analogies between art and everyday life.
