This work features various fragments of drawings that have been cut out and rearranged into a composition reminiscent of a cloud. The drawings are pinned in place, replicating a technique used by my grandmother, who was a biologist, to create insect display cases (insectários). I have always thought of these cases as records of a time and place, like landscapes told through insects. I see my "collages" of drawn images in the same way, creating a landscape that blends real and virtual experiences with thoughts and images from different sources.

My current interest is to investigate the idea of a contemporary landscape that goes beyond representing a physical place, exploring it as a symbolic construction through signs, images, and codes. This landscape subverts the space-time structure of the classical model, forming a fragmented visual-conceptual experience.
