Benoît Moreau est un peintre français né en 1968. Il s'installe à Paris après une formation aux métiers du livre à Nantes. Au sein de maisons d’édition, il se dirige vers le graphisme. Maquettiste puis directeur artistique, il commence à peindre auprès de Rose-Marie Lamoureux, diplômée de l’École Dupperré et avec qui il travaille en étroite collaboration jusqu’à aujourd’hui. Il installe son atelier en Seine-Maritime dont les paysages deviennent un de ses sujets de prédilection.
